    Most likely you didn't uninstall the old app copy or didn't reboot the device before installing an updated Sapphire.
    • Go to your phone applications page and select Sapphire. Be sure you have selected the application itself, not just a link to that.
    • Drag a Sapphire icon to Uninstall (trash can)
    • Reboot your device
    • Install a new, update Sapphire copy
    Now you should see the updated location database and your city there
